!!! She hooked us up with a broker, and they worked and kept in contact with each other. My family and I were renters and were in a time crunch with the lease expiring. She was able to spend most of a day with us showing houses, and we fell in love with one of them. She looked at the property values around the area and knew what the going rate was and what offers to put on the residence. After we won the bidding war that she kept communications with us, we hired an inspector and began the negotiations.
